I cannot promise the last four years were without fault, but I can promise I have learned from every one of them.
I cannot promise refinancing our debt will be easy, but I can promise honesty about exactly where we stand, every step of the way.
I cannot promise every member will agree on Harefield's future, but I can promise every voice will be heard before we decide.
I cannot promise Stanmore will never face hard choices, but I can promise it will never be sold, mortgaged or reviewed away on my watch.
I cannot change the past four years, but with your trust, I will spend the next two finishing what we started.

The Property Charter

Three explicit guarantees on Stanmore, Phase 3 and our wider asset base. A guarantee — not a slogan.

🕌 Protect Stanmore
Our spiritual home — proven cared for through major refurbishment and a resolved insurance claim — shall not be sold, mortgaged or subjected to any review during this term. This is an absolute guarantee.

🏗️ Deliver Phase 3
The annexe and flat refurbishment programme shall be completed during this term, continuing the same standard of care Stanmore has received throughout the past four years.

Ruislip and Bushey shall be brought into one open, fair asset review alongside Stanmore and Harefield — creating a sustainable property base for future generations, not piecemeal decisions made in isolation.
